There are regulatory reasons why we are not able to comment on the price as much as we'd like, but we've shared our view many times on the investor calls. To restate in summary: the Note is a unique asset with a unique, active venture portfolio fueling it. The recent $500k+ payout to the dividend pool demonstrates that we're on the right track. As for the 2FA requirement for the wallet, it is the consequence of a novel (but soon to become the norm) concept of self-custodying of assets. Just like with dollar bills in your physical wallet, If you lose the wallet, you lose the assets. So it needs several extra layers of security. But I agree we're not there yet and we're actively working to make the wallet much better

Wanna discuss Republics interest in INX ? If I'm not mistaken the DOJ and that mandatory requirement will come down to two words, steering and duress, I quit carrying a wallet over 40 years ago, haven't lost one since. What I'd really like to see are the metrics for .36 valuation, in the event your own companies value is so far off, why should anyone invest in a Deal Room product ? I didn't sign up to be a guinea pig. In the interim and Note does payoff I'll trust Republic to comply with the law and escheat any unclaimed or undeliverable funds to the NC Secretary of State. Let me know when you get it right !! Based on the current math, it certainly isn't worth losing any sleep over and I'll sleep better knowing my data is backed up and recoverable.
