Although the significant spike in the dividend pool occurred in Q3, we felt it was essential to include it in this update. In August 2024, we surpassed both the $1 million and $1.5 million milestones, reflecting over 60% growth in Q3 alone. This progress brings us 80% towards the $2 million threshold, which will trigger our first dividend distribution.

Republic’s Global portfolio
Until now, Note portfolio updates have focused primarily on the Republic Portal and Republic Capital portfolios. However, Note is at the core of the entire Republic ecosystem—a synergistic group of investment companies, each operating under a different model.
Typically, we hold upside of every deal going through Republic. While the Republic Note portfolio has been primarily fueled by Republic Portal and Republic Capital, other business arms may contribute on a case-by-case basis.
Starting today, we’ll be including more data on deals from other parts of our ecosystem, such as:
- Republic Ventures (prev. Deal Room): an advisory service that helps businesses adopt blockchain-powered strategies.
- Republic Europe (prev. Seedrs): a UK-based investment platform serving the European capital market.
